Although Brick & Ash is no longer in operation, it was a hot spot for paranormal activity when it was open. The location opened its doors in 2016, offering creative bar food, games, and live music. Rumor has it the spot is haunted by the ghost of Lucinda, a woman who was pushed down a flight of stairs when the building was a brothel. Her ghost is said to haunt the building since at least the 1970s when the building housed a restaurant called Ten Center. Employees of the restaurant reported seeing glasses randomly shattering and temperatures drastically dropping in certain parts of the building. Other eerie reports at this location include getting the chills inexplicably, seeing lights flickering and dimming on their own and hearing footsteps on the infamous stairway.
